2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 22.09.2019, this petitioner and co-accused Kundan Kumar @ Kundan Sharma came and took the husband of the informant with them, but the husband of the informant did not return. On next morning, during search, the dead body of the informant's husband was found lying in village Rampur Dumra. The deadbody was taken for post-mortem examination and thereafter, the informant and others went there and identified the dead body of decesed (husband of the informant). The informant suspects that this petitioner alongwith co-accused Kundan Kumar with the help of three unknown persons committed the murder of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused Kundan Kumar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11859 of 2020 (Annexure P/4). Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VI, Barh (Patna) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1206 of 2024, arising out of Maranchi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019.
