The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended on the spot along with other accused persons and two motorcycles bearing registration nos. BR 04K 9319 and BR 22E 5279 were recovered. It is submitted that there is no case of theft with regard to the aforesaid motorcycles. The motorcycles were not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner was to purchase one of the motorcycles. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the Bail Petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Bagaha (Pathkhauli)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7432 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 498 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha.
