Taking into consideration that the petitioner was not caught along with stolen tractor and his name surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Sanjeet Kumar Singh and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Santu Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26-06-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19659 of 2014, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Verma, J.M. Ist class, Barh, District-Patna.
