Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be main assailant and it is alleged that he made firing thrice causing firearm injuries to the informant's husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks provisional bail on the ground that the marriage of petitioner is going to be solemnized on 05.03.2016 but I am not inclined to release the petitioner even on provisional bail and, therefore, taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as submission of the parties, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with
