JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-01-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Government in opening an Anganbari Centre at a different place than the place for which process of appointment of Anganbari Sevikas had begun.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that twice merit-list was prepared in which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1428 of 2019 dt.25-01-2019 2/3 name of the petitioner had figured, but after about three years of the initiation of such process, the location of the Anganbari Centre has been changed. With the change of the Anganbari Centre, the petitioner apprehends that she would become ineligible to apply for being engaged as an Anganbari Sevika.

3. The selection of the location of an Anganbari Centre is in the domain of the executive decision, which ultimately depends on the rules which have been framed in that regard.

4. There is no averment in the writ petition that in the selection of the Anganbari Centre, the rules have been breached or the decision of the executive is not an informed one. Merely, because a person would become ineligible for being engaged as an Anganbari Sevika with the change of the location of the centre, the decision in that regard cannot be faulted with.

5. The petitioner, if so advised, can seek redressal of her grievances at other forum, but definitely not before this Court.

6. There is no merit in this writ petition and is, accordingly, dismissed.
