2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of the husband of the petitioner in course of the day.

3. The office is directed to act accordingly and made necessary corrections in the header portion.

4. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 121(2), 132, 324(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

5. As per the prosecution case, the informant posted as Circle Officer, Rajpur Block, Buxar went to provide administrative assistance to Shri Chandrakant Rai in farming

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1694 of 2026(2) dt.24-02-2026 2/3 under his legal right. She has further stated in the written report that she and the SHO tried a lot to explain, but the women started abusing and pushing her as well due to which she got pain in her stomach.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a 71 years old woman and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.

7. Learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the alleged victim have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a 71 years old woman, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

9. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below, Buxar in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under
