2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70898 of 2025 (Annexure-1) by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No.17 of 2025.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70898 of 2025 arising out of Adhaura P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, subject to his surrender or arrest within six weeks from the date of the order. The petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period due to

No.5789 of 2026(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 circumstances beyond his control, as he was residing in a remote forest area where there was no mobile network connectivity, resulting in a communication gap. Consequently, he could not surrender before the learned court below within the time granted. Learned counsel, therefore, prays for an extension of four weeks' time to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance with the aforesaid order.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70898 of 2025.

5. Rest part of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70898 of 2025 shall remain intact.
