Informant came to know about name of the petitioner from shop keeper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested by police on the same day and claimed that ATM card of informant and some cash were recovered from the possession of the petitioner but, as a matter of fact, nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and story of theft of ATM card was inserted, later on, in the written report of the informant which is obvious from bare perusal of written report through naked eyes. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
