JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 26.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 323 and 504 of the IPC.
The basic accusation is of torture.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits the marriage with the informant and he is ready to live with the informant. Statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition, which reads thus:- "8. That the petitioner is ready to keep her wife but the informant is not ready to live with the petitioner." Considering the nature of accusation and the stand of the petitioner that is still ready to keep his wife, let the above
