JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents to comply the order dated 03.12.2013 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Maintenance Case No. 218 of 2010 by which he has awarded Rs.2000/- per month as maintenance allowance to the petitioner and Rs.500/- per month to her daughter.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise all the points before the learned Principal Judge,
