The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 3711 of 2021 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3445 of 2022(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
