Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The widow is the petitioner seeking payment of leave encashment and G.P.F. due to her late husband, who died in harness in the year 2013.

In view of the agreement between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off on the undertaking given by the State, on the basis of the instruction received from the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua that the dues of G.P.F. along with the statutory interest have been finally calculated and shall be paid to the petitioner, within one month from today and also with regard to leave encashment the same shall be worked out and as per the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the scale of pay in which her husband died, shall also be paid within the same period.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
