2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 21.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19392 of 2016 has been complied with.
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with regard to petitioner no. 3, instructions received on telephone today indicate that actual transfer of the amount in his account has not been effected as yet. It was submitted that his mother is serious and his financial condition is bad.

In view thereof, the application stands disposed off observing that the Executive Engineer Rural Works Department, Works Division, Buxar shall ensure that the amounts which have been sanctioned in favour of the petitioners are credited into their account, if already not done, latest within one week from today.
