Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P. S. case no. 138/2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 387, 327 and 120B/34 of the IPC.
The accusation against the petitioners is that they forcibly put hut on the land of the informant and it appears from the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge that civil suit is pending between the parties.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6679 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah Mufassil P.
