JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they along with other F.I.R named accused took the deceased, whose dead body was recovered later on. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having similar allegation, co-accused Mahesh Mahto and Kokhai Mahto have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
