Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they along with other F.I.R named accused took the deceased, whose dead body was recovered later on. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having similar allegation, co-accused Mahesh Mahto and Kokhai Mahto have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
