The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there was land dispute between the parties and on account of the same there has been free fight in which both side have been injured and case and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3919 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 counter case has been lodged by both the parties. The petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 9th A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
