The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that with the intervention of well-wishers, good sense prevailed between the parties and both parties have amicably settled the dispute. The petitioner has already returned the money to the complainant. This submission has been made in paragraph - 4 of the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above-named petitioner, in the

No.3332 of 2022(6) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
