ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2015 in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually there was no recovery of motorcycle from the petitioner's possession and in the case relating to the arms Act the petitioner has already been extended the privilege to regular bail vide order dated 05.01.2016., passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51432 of 2015.

Considering the period of custody and the peculiar

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magisgrate, 1st, Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015.
