KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-03-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "(i) For quashing the order, as contained in Memo No. 4331 dated 14.12.2021, issued under the signature of Respondent no. 4 whereby and whereunder allotment of the land in favour of the petitioner for setting up and running Petitioner's Plywood Industry was being cancelled.

(ii) Also for commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.591 of 2022(3) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 respondent authorities to restore Petitioner's status as was before the cancellation of allotment and to treat the Petitioner as continuing allotee and not to disturb petitioner's possession on the allotted land.

(iii) Also for any other appropriate relief to which the petitioner is entitled either in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
