2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.- 2nd, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
