The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and different sections of the Arms Act.
The police apprehended three persons, namely, Mritunjay Kumar, Bittu Kumar and Md. Saheb and from their possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the disclosure made by the apprehended accused.
Considering the fact that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11487 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Tekari P.S. Case No. 209/2014.
