The petitioner seeks bail in Barahara (Krishna Narar) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 489(A), 489 (B), 489(C) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that 43 currency notes were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year and more than ten months and the trial has not yet been concluded.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5240 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Bhojpur (Ara) in Barahara (Krishna Narar) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner will appear on each and every date in the trial court, if the petitioner fails to appear on a single date the learned court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
