The petitioner has misused the privilege and for that he is in jail since 09.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 10 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. III, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case no. 60/88.
