Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 15426 of 2015, order dated 08.06.2015. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has not been put on T.I. Parade to ascertain his involvement in the present case. There was no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected with an observation that 'the petitioner, if so advised, may move this Court for bail after completion of one year in custody'. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

No.5979 of 2016 (3) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Considering the observation made in the earlier order, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014.
