Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dagaruwa P. S. case no. 231/2014 registered under sections 498A, 406, 307/34 of the IPC and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Admittedly, petitioners are parents-in-law of the informant and it is alleged that they put her on fire in the year 2012 and after two years of the occurrence, informant filed complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 2451/2014 which was converted into Dagaruwa P. S. case no. 231/2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.6683 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Dagaruwa P. S. case no. 231/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
