Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.9.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Karaja P.S. Case no. 113/2015.
