ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2014 in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B)/34 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected earlier, as the body was said to have been found inside the residence of petitioner. He, however, submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and he is in custody for more than one and half year. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to appear in the court below and cooperate in the trial as and when require.

Considering the submissions and that the petitioner has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9922 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 languishing in jail custody since 13.08.2014, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013.
