Patna High Court CWJC No.2115 of 2019 dt.07-02-2019 2/3 The petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, Patna of disqualifying the petitioner because of the fact the signature on the application did not match with the signature obtained later for the purposes of verification of the genuineness of his candidature.

Out of 9839 candidates, who were recommended by the Central Selection Board, Bihar, Patna for being appointed as Constables, the cases of 235 such recommendees were sent for verification by the forensic laboratory. Out of those 235 who have been singled out, the application of 229 such applicants was found to be forged. The name of the petitioner falls in the aforesaid list of 229 applicants who were provisionally recommended. A criminal case also has been lodged against such persons whose signature did not match with their signature obtained later.

The present petition appears to be premature. The petitioner would have the liberty to approach this Court if the investigation in the criminal case ends in any

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
