Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3226 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of this application.
