The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021, is a young boy of 20 years having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

The informant alleges that he was intercepted by two motorcycle borne criminals who looted his money, mobile and other articles as detailed in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, F.I.R.

No.2922 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/3 was against unknown, it is further submitted that the motorcycle by which the crime was committed belonged to the own brother of the petitioner based on which the police located the house and certain looted articles were also recovered from the house and the petitioner being innocent was falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that even presuming what has been alleged is true, without admitting for the purposes of bail, then the petitioner is a young boy and it is his first offence and if he remains in custody for a long time, he may come in contact of hardened criminals which will jeopardize his career.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, is a young boy of 20 years of age, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and it is his first offence, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors of the
