Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354B, 312, 313, 498A, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4379 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 informant. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate I, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
