The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that three persons came inside his premises and after some talk with regard to let out shop they made indiscriminately firing. The informant at the fag end of his fardbeyan disclosed that the occurrence took place at the instance of petitioner Ramadhar Singh @ Randhir Singh @ Randhir Kumar Singh who earlier killed his father. It is submitted that petitioner was in jail at the time of occurrence and the police did not collect any evidence to show that the petitioner conspired

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9086 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 with other accused persons. Petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2010. It appears that petitioner has already remained in jail for more that 4 and 1⁄2 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-Vth Vaishali at Hajipur in S.Tr. No. 99 of 2011 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 23 of 2005.
