JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67(A), 68(B) of the I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of making obscene video of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to the enmity and having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender and make prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4830 of 2019(4) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
