The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and Rita Devi sold his land.

It is submitted that Arbind Kumar Singh, the informant is the own nephew of the petitioner and they are coparcener. There is bona fide land dispute and no partition is made. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
