JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the deceased died within a very short span of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. The injuries were also found on the person of the deceased and the informant has claimed that deceased was done to death by petitioner and his family members due to non fulfillment of their illegal demand of dowry.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 430 of 2015, arising out of Kochadhaman
