The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit and has submitted that the departmental proceeding has already been initiated and the inquiry report has been submitted, however the departmental proceeding has not been concluded till date but shall be concluded within a period

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the ongoing departmental proceeding within a period of two months from today, failing which the order of suspension dated 12.07.2018 shall stand revoked automatically.
