2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, dated 04.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to got one Poonam Kumari appointed as Niyojit Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7773 of 2024(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Similarly situated co-accused namely Surendra Yadav had already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31228 of 2019. The petitioner was the then Mukhiya.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as allegation being general and omnibus against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The application stands allowed.
