The petitioner is in custody in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 498(A), 304(B) and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is a case of dowry death to the deceased due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand by the deceased and his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and there is no

He next submits that the husband of the deceased has already in custody as stated in para 15 of the petition and also mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted regular by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.38607 of 2022. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.09.2023. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-X, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022.
