Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him.
No doubt, in course of investigation, the name of petitioner also came in confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Mandal but the aforesaid Pramod Mandal has already been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4848 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 542 of 2015/G.R. No.541 of 2015.
