The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 504, 307, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., co-accused Shrawan Kumar sexually assaulted the victim. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named
