2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "i. To direct the respondent authority for that in the light of departmental direction, the petitioner should be posted in the vacant post of graduate (Arts) post in nearest school (U.M.S. Jafarabad Tok) or earlier posted school where gradutate (Arts) post already vacant.

ii. For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for which the writ petitioner would

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Vaishali (Annexure- P/5) for considering the transfer of the petitioner to a nearby school, well within 2 km from his house, as longer distance to his work place will only amount to hinder his teaching work and the same is punitive in nature as well.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Education Officer, Vaishali (Respondent no.4) is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law, so that, the teaching work of the petitioner's school concerned should not suffer.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
