2. Though by order dated 23.07.2019, the Court had asked the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, West Champaran to look into the matter and ensure compliance of the writ Court order but yesterday learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has been informed by the petitioner that the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in CWJC No. 1137 of 2016 was complied with though after filing of the application. Thus, he submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.133 of 2017(3) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

3. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
