The petitioners are said to have been caught with stolen cows but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the petitioners had purchased the seized cows from the informant but some altercation took place between the parties on the point of negotiation price and thereafter the informant implicated the petitioners in this false case. Moreover, the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 17.11.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Suresh Rai and Bikesh Rai @ Bikash Rai, are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4333 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur P.S. No. 243/2015.
