JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 In view of the submission made in Paragraph '11' of the writ application saying that the petitioner has filed several representations to the authority concerned and the last representation filed on 19.12.2018 is contained in Annexure '6' to the writ application, this case is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Madhubani to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the same and pass an appropriate order thereon after hearing all concerned within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
