The petitioner is in custody since 1.11.2014 in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.297 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody merely on suspicion as he was standing nearby in the market. Learned counsel further submits that actually there was no recovery of motorcycle from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12622 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.297 of 2014.
