JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 12.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-(A)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of petitioner No. 1 two live cartridges and other equipments for manufacturing the arms were recovered whereas from the possession of petitioner No. 2 one loaded country made pistol, one live cartridge and equipments for manufacturing the arms were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that actual recovery has been made from the land of different persons.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner No. 1 has no criminal antecedent whereas petitioner No. 2 is accused in one other case.

No.14040 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014.
