2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for directing the concerned authorities for opening Jamabandi in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the parvana issued by the Ex-Land Lord and settlement made in his ancestor's favour and uninterrupted possession since then and the Land is recorded in continuous Khatiyan in favour of the petitioner's ancestor and over some portion of the land in question rent receipt have been

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach the respondent no. 5, the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Aurangabad for the redressal of the grievance.
