1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.12.2022, passed in CWJC No.7283 of 2022 has already stood complied with inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Kako, Jehanabad has passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 15.05.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No.14 of 2022-23 and thereafter, the encroachment in question has also been removed, as would be apparent from the letter dated 16.01.2025 written by the Circle Officer, Kako, Jehanabad to the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, which has been produced before this Court and has been kept on record.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to take

Patna High Court MJC No.209 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 3/3 recourse to the due process of law in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
