The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 396 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Name of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioners had no knowledge about their implication in the case. Charge-sheet against the petitioners was submitted in the year 2012. The petitioners were apprehended on 20.01.2015 and since then they are in jail. Other co-accused persons have already been acquitted.
