JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangata P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 registered under Sections 121, 121A, 386, 506, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Considering that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and he is in custody since 06.08.2019 and other co-accused namely, Bihari Kumar @ Ram Pravesh Kumar, Ravindar Mandal @ Ravindra Kumar and Bishal Kumar @ Ankesh Kumar whose name is transpired during investigation, have already been granted bail vide orders dated 12.09.2018, 30.11.2018 and 28.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10235 of 2020(3) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 Nos. 58913 of 2018, 4164 of 2019 and 22254 of 2019 respectively, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger in connection with Gangata P.S. Case No.56 of 2018.
